Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Your name, mobile number, email, address, school results, Aadhaar number, a photograph and the documents you upload. We collect these to process your application to the university you chose.
The university's application form requires it, and we also use it to make sure the same student isn't registered twice by two different agents. We store it encrypted and compare a one-way code rather than the number itself. It is never used to identify you to anyone, never shared with channel partners, and is masked everywhere except the university's own copy of your form.
The university you applied to, and the platform team that operates this service. If you came through a channel partner, that partner can see that you are their applicant and how far you have got — they cannot see your documents unless the university has specifically allowed it, and they never see your Aadhaar number.
We ask a parent or guardian to confirm consent before you upload any documents, and we do not use a minor's data for tracking or targeted advertising.
Documents are deleted after the admission cycle closes — by default twelve months — unless you enrol. An imported contact that never verifies is deleted after ninety days.
You can ask us to delete your data from your dashboard at any time. If you have already paid and submitted an application, the university keeps that record until its retention period ends, and we delete everything else. Marketing messages are a separate opt-in you can withdraw by replying STOP.
